The purpose of this is to keep our landlords and tenants up to date with the industry as they have a vested interest in the property market. There will be no risk and there will be no impact on the individuals. The benefits to the landlords and tenants is that they will gain extra knowledge about the property market, what new regulations and build on our existing relationship. The individuals will always be given the chance to opt-out and update their preferences at any time.

    • iSurvey who are used for lettings related property visit and inventory services.
    • We use a range of contractors who share personal data to arrange and carry out repairs. We currently use Able Cable, Archpress, Autowash, Clean Smart Solutions, Dan Simmonds Pest Control, Lancaster Plumbing, Squadmatic, STE Electrical Services, and SWT Refurbishments. We ask our contractors to dispose of your data once they have finished the repair.

    To protect your data Medway Premier Homes.com ltd agree contractual arrangements with these third-party data processors to ensure that your personal data is protected in compliance with this Privacy Policy and the data protection legislation that Medway Premier Homes.com ltd is required to comply with.

    Unless otherwise defined under section 12 all personal data shared with third parties is stored and processed in the UK or EU.
