Want to earn some extra cash? If you refer a landlord to us and we gain their business, we will give you £200 PER PROPERTY!

There are a few conditions that apply.

• You must get the landlords permission for us to contact them.

• They must come on board as a customer of ours.

• They must sign up for our management service.

• If it's an empty property you will receive your £200 once the tenant moves into the property and are paid by the landlord.

• If it’s a tenanted property, you will receive your £200 when we receive our monthly commission.
