Hi, I'm Keeran, I like to consider myself a local market expert. Who doesn’t in the field they work in. What set’s me apart is that I spend a fair amount of time on research especially in the local area as well as the national. I help produce our monthly market reports and you may find these stats on our social channels.
My passion came from the industry from my Dad, who happens to be the boss here! Along with wanting to make a difference in terms of client experience. This came from my experience from working in large firms such as Apple where you learn how to deliver a great personal service for your clients. I strive to bring this to Medway property market.
Back in 2008 I did a research project on the housing industry and the impact of the credit crunch had on the local market.
My role focuses on the rental experience for landlords and tenants. I am also in charge of everything marketing, I do love implementing new technologies which add value to our customers.
During the lockdown in 2020, it allowed me to spend time to study as a mortgage and insurance broker which I have been now for a couple of years. So I am also able to help clients with any mortgage and insurance queries.
Outside of work I have a two children a little girl and a boy who keep us on our toes but we try our best to take them out and create memories. It is hard to keep fit but I do try to get onto our Peloton at least 3 times a week. I am a huge football fan and my team is Manchester United
